Dave & Kathy Simmons

Meet our director...

Dave has pastored in Washington State, Oregon, Massachusetts, Minnesota and our own Drummond Community Church. From 1988-1998 he held a variety of positions at Oak Hills Christian College in Bemidji Minnesota while pastoring "on the side." Dave is a voracious reader and especially enjoys history. He is one of the teachers for the Rocky Mountain Bible Training Center. In his free time Dave enjoys woodworking and has built two garages on his place...one which is being developed to be a Rural Resource Center. Mountain climbing and hiking are passions of his too...as well as just cruising through the mountains to "see what he can see."

...And here's Kathy

Kathy and Dave were married in 1969 and their 3 children were born in 1974, 1978 and 1980. Kathy loves flowers, dogs, reading, playing clarinet in the Missoula Community Concert Band, playing piano for church and personal enjoyment, and working with children's ministries. Kathy is a former school teacher, daycare provider, and itinerary planner for Oak Hills Christian College.

As of February 2008 Dave and Kathy have 11 and a half grandchildren to be proud of!
