"How Can I Help?"

I remember asking this question the summer between my junior and senior semesters at New Tribes Bible Institute. I wasn't the first one to ask this, however; a very special couple had trusted God to show them how when I was five years old. God will use each of us if we are willing to be used by Him.

When I asked that question, God led me to spend my summer working at camp and teaching Vacation Bible School. A true blessing came at the end of the summer, with only a couple of weeks until school was to start again. He provided the needed finances for my last semester. I decided then that when you are within God’s will, He will take care of all your needs.

How about you? Are you wondering what you could do for Him? Do you have a week or two? A month or a lifetime? Would you like to see the glow in a small child's eyes when he finally knows that true love is the love of God?

God (and camp directors and church leaders) is looking for individuals who are willing to invest a week or more sharing God’s love with others in a camp or VBS. He isn't looking for ability; He is looking for availability.
