| Affiliated with the Rocky Mountain Bible Mission (RMBM) | Welcome!Blackfoot Valley Bible Church in Lincoln, Montana began in the Community Methodist Church building in the summer of 1970. Frank and Betty Jackson with their seven daughters were invited to Lincoln to minister to a dwindling few. Frank preached the gospel for seven years, many came to Christ and the church was full. Problems developed, however, due to tension between the old-line Methodists and those who had begun coming through Frank's ministry. The latter eventually formed the Blackfoot Valley Bible Church. The Lincoln church serves about 2,000 people in Lewis and Clark County, most of whom are somehow connected to the timber or mining industries, ranching, the local beef jerky plant, or retirement. After many years as Mission director and secretary, Frank and Betty returned to Lincoln in January of 1991 to pastor the church. Ministry to children and youth has been very notable, with strong outreach through Vacation Bible School, AWANA, Sunday school and youth group. In addition to Sunday services, adult ministries include both men's and ladies' Bible studies.
