LCC YOUTH--Vision and Mission

Welcome to the LCC Youth Website!

My mission in youth ministry is:

“To shepherd students into a relationship with Jesus that combines risky, radical, and active faith with meditative and worshipful soul care, all within the community of the their local church.”

In light of this vision, I have a four-part vision that I would like to see happening in LCC’s Youth Ministry, and beyond to the family.

• We will passionately communicate our love for God through prayer, worship, and obedience.
• We will have a heart for the lost that takes us to where they are, as well as creates culturally relevant activities that encourages them to come encounter God’s body, the Church.
• We will strive to make disciples like Jesus did: by example, teaching to large groups, discussing in small groups, mentoring one-on-one, and sending students and adults (their family) into situations where they can depend on God and watch Him work wonders.
• We will build community within the local church, as well as with those in the greater Church body (Lolo, Missoula, and beyond).
