Ravalli Community Church on the Flathead Indian Reservation was begun in 1985, after a small group of believers felt Ravalli's quaint, historical one-room schoolhouse could be put to good use as a church, since there were none in town. Services were begun once the old building was cleaned! The Mission had for years conducted Vacation Bible School in Ravalli.

Because of its situation on the Flathead Reservation, a significant number of Indian and Indian-mixed people populate Ravalli and the surrounding area. Interestingly, the Ravalli area has also become home to a white supremacist faction.

The ministry focus in Ravalli is to build a local church, inclusive of Indian outreach. Lee and Margy Wraith have been laboring with this in mind in Ravalli since April 1990; Lee had been asked to fill the pulpit, and the arrangement became permanent.

We believe, teach and live our lives with the understanding that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that Jesus Christ died for our sins that we might have eternal life.
