From time to time, whether due to illness or for a deserved vacation, every pastor needs a break. RMBM currently encourages its missionary-pastors to step out of the pulpit every 7 to 8 weeks by allowing one of the elders to preach or have a missionary make a presentation. To that end, we help by connecting your church with preachers, from students to teachers to evangelists, seeking opportunities to preach.
