Bible Training Center

The Bible Training Center (BTC) is a rural church resource of the Rocky Mountain Bible Mission.  The program design, the dedication of our instructors, and affordable cost of these courses all demonstrate our commitment to serving and equipping the local Body of Christ.  RMBM recognizes the profound need for a solid theological and practical education for rural congregations and their leadership, who are typically unable to leave their responsibilities or pay the high cost of a Bible college or seminary education. 

The BTC curriculum runs over a course of three years covering nine sessions.  These  typically take place one weekend a month for three to four months and varies at each of our campuses which are listed below.

  • MISSOULA CAMPUS

    Classes for the Missoula Campus are held in the second floor conference room of the City Life Center located at 1515 Fairview Avenue.  Tuition is $100 for each course and does not include lodging or meals.   If you need more info, please EMAIL or call 406-532-1565.

    Upcoming courses:

    • Bible Doctrine beginning September 8 & 9 with Ted Van Dyken as the instructor
    • Continuing September 29 & 30, October 13 & 14, November 3 & 4 (this is a  changed date) and December 8 & 9.  Class begins at 6 pm on the Friday nights and 9 am Saturday morning.
    • After that the next class will be Bible Teaching Methods starting in January 2024, taught by Ted Van Dyken

  • Camp ELOHIM CAMPUS

    Classes at our Elohim Campus are resuming.  For more information or if you are interested in attending classes, call Camp Elohim at 406-295-1115 or email Camp Elohim.  Price for class is $100.  Extra fees: night's stay $25 per night and Meals $10 per meal.

  • Twin bridges campus

    Our campus that was serving the Bozeman/Whitehall area is now moving to Twin Bridges and meeting at Mountain View Chapel.  We are excited to reach deeper into another region of the Rocky Mountain West. Tuition is $100 per course and does not include meals or lodging.  The classes are on Saturdays (typically 4 - 5 per course) will begin at 9 AM.  Email our campus organizer, Josh McNeal or call 406-684-5217 to learn more.

    • Continuing September 16 and October 14.
    • Followed by Old Testament Survey starting December 9.
    • Continuing January 6, 20 and February 10, 2024.
    • After that will be New Testament Survey starting March 2, 2024.
    • Continuing April 6, 27 and May 18, 2024.

  • CAMP LEWTANA Campus

    Classes at Camp Lewtana, outside of Lewistown, Montana, is the newest campus for the Bible Training Center.  If interested in classes, let the RMBM office know.  Call 406-532-1565 or send an email.
